As a Technical Enablement Manager, play a pivotal role in equipping internal technical teams with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in an innovative environment. As a key bridge between technical expertise and educational strategy, design, deliver, and maintain enablement programs and curricula that drive product understanding, implementation success, and customer satisfaction. Work will directly influence product adoption and overall business growth.

As the Technical Sales Enablement Specialist, you will report to the Head of Sales Enablement at Docker, helping plan, design, develop, and deliver technical training initiatives for Docker’s Solutions Engineering teams, as well as the global sales organization. Partnering with various teams, you'll develop and deliver technical and product learning resources and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the sales process.
